CAPITAL ONE INTEREST QUESTION

Hello my fellow FICOers:

I have 4 Capital One cards - Capital One Walmart store card, Capital One Menards, Capital One Quicksilver x 2. My question is has anybody been able to call and get their interest rate lowered through Capital One? I'm not sure if this is something they do or not. If so, would you care to elaborate on how you did it and any requirements needing to be fulfilled before requesting this? I would greatly appreciate the input..

Not any longer ☹️

Several years ago I was able to call and request and receive temporary APR reductions (7 months at a time IIRC) and when they expired request another. I think this feature was a COVID casualty 🫤

I've never heard of Cap One doing permanent interest rate reductions.
