Has anyone received a CLI from Premier Finance since the move from HSBC?

Does anyone still have the card?

@fm92555 I have the card, but no CLI. I’m not surprised though, since I probably haven’t charged $200 total since it was transferred. Sorry I don’t have better info 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am actually in the same position. Since the change I have not used the card.

I was wondering if any one else had been using it and what their experience was. If they were able to give it some use and get a CLI I would look to make more use of the card.

I just called last week to ask about one and its a HP if you want to try. I ended up closing mine. Did not use it much anyways.

HSBC really screwed the pooch on this one. Taking what was once considered an elite card and turning it over to an off-brand company is not the way I would have thought it would end.

Yea I was disappointed when they sold the cards off. Right after they switched I used it a few times and had problems making payments on the website getting errors and they couldn't figure out why. Had to call in and sit on hold for over a hour to make a payment. After that I really didn't use it and just last week I cancelled it.

I closed my account about a month or so after getting the Premier Financial replacement card. It was declined twice and the customer service rep couldn't explain why it happened. Also I didn't care for the webisute, so I just closed it. There was no negative impact to me at all.

This is the first thread I've seen about the card in ages. It must not be getting my attention.

I haven't touched the card since it was transferred over. Just waiting on them to close it as it provides zero positives for me.

Same here. Mine earns 1% cashback and it was pretty easy to redeem. No minimum redemption amount. That was nice.

Going from one of the largest banks in the world to an odd ball one is hardly worth a hard inquiry considering it offers little value.

I dont think their Premier/Elite cards were included in the sale. They remain with HSBC.
