I got this messge from my Venmo app but kinda confused about the "$28k offers" meaning.

If $25 is the "Max", math has the 5% at $500 of spend...?

28k offers is probably the most amount of people who can take advantage of the promotion before they pull it, might be able to dig into the terms of the promotion, it's probably explained better there
