Cashback Cards with Flexible Redemption

Looking at a cashback setup for future credit cards, and I've found I prefer cash back deposited into bank accounts (ex. Discover) or transferred to another card for benefits (ex. Capital One SavorOne -> Venture). Would be using the cash back to save for various things (domestic travel, auto maintenance/repair) or for investments.

Data:

730+ EX, 760+ EQ/TU

2 personal cards + 1 AU card (only counting personal cards)

2 years, 7 months on oldest card, most recent account 7 months ago

1 inquiry (EX), 7 months ago

Rent reporting tradelines (EQ/TU)

Preferences (assuming 2 or 3 cards):

No or low annual fee (<$100)

1 Visa, 1 Mastercard (all payment networks covered that way)

2% catchall

3% or better in at least one of following categories: dining, entertainment (concerts/museums/similar), travel (airlines/rental cars/hotels/anything else a plus), rideshare/transit (mainly Uber)

(Recreation would be a bonus, but that is exclusive to Elan cards or falls under travel with some merchants)

No FTF is a bonus

Not interested in Citi or Chase cards. Credit unions would be cool, but their perks/rewards often pale in comparison to the big players.

Capital One SavorOne (one of my top choices, preapproved for Good Credit only so far)

SoFi

US Bank Cash+/Elan Max Cash Preferred

BofA Customized Cash Rewards

VantageWest Signature Connect Rewards

M1 Owner's Rewards (goes into investments, waiting for them to reopen HYSA as option)

What other cash back cards have flexible redemption options that I may have missed? Thanks in advance.

the Fidelity card 2% flat can go into any fidelity account

the BoA premium rewards card can be redeemed to boa, merrill accounts(preffered rewards needed for good %)

the schwab investor card is a Flat 1.5% but goes into a schwab investment account you can then move wherever is an amex

@swankytigerThanks for the Premium Rewards/Merrill redemption call out, that's a good one for my particular situation.

@SouthJamaicaFNBO Evergreen (and Getaway) would be a great combo, I think FNBO tightened their geofence and I don't qualify. Of that list the Paypal Mastercard's a good bet for domestic cash back across the board.
