Which Citi cards can get used immediately after approval?

Previously, when I got approved for my Citi Premier card, I could use the card immediately, using the virtual card feature. This excellent feature helped me to place several online spends on the card while the card finally arrived after 1.5 months (chip shortage, snail mail).

I got approved in this week for a Citi CCC card while the virtual card feature seems to be not available yet and possibly pends activation of the card first (the card arrives in ~10 biz days).

Considering my two data points, I am interested to see which Citi credit cards can be available for an instant use, immediately after approval.

My Custom Cash obtained in July 2023 was given virtual card number for immediate use.

My Double Cash obtained in December 2023 was not given a virtual card number.

I just got approved for the Costco Anywhere Card today, and they gave me the card number expiration date and the security card after approval online.
