is there a way to use this card on two differernt amazon accounts? Is it to add the secondary user as an authorized user? thx

You need to set up Amazon Household and share stored payment cards.

Not sure if I'm understanding the question correctly, but yes, you can use the same card to buy stuff from multiple Amazon accounts.

One of my cards is being used by different people under their own accounts.
