New button in my Wells Fargo Autograph account

Good morning all,

This morning when I logged into my Autograph account I noticed a new option that I never noticed before. It's an option to switch cards. I'm guessing it's in anticipation of the new Autograph cards they are releasing.

Looks like they might be allowing online product change options. I did give it a try but there is no options for changing my card, probably since the new ones aren't available yet.

I've had my card since Jan 2023 so I doubt it has to do with age. My CL is at $9000 so I don't know what if any the new cards might require as a starting limit.

The "Switch My Card" feature has been around for the past couple of years, @willmsbrg, although it may not be offered to all cardholders. I have an older Cash Wise account and >recently posted about offers to change it< into either the Active Cash or Autograph. If you proceed, you forgo any option for a SUB but there is no HP or new account FICO penalty, credit limit stays the same, card number stays the same, APR stays the same, and you may change card perks as my posting above illustrated.

Thanks for the post and I believe I remember reading that post at some point... It just made its apprerance in my account this week.

I sort of figured the caveat would be no SUB with a product change. If I get the option when the new cards come out, I would at least like to see what the SUB/Travel partners offer would be (especially with new cards). It might be well worth the Fico hit...
