Is the BOFA card pop-up in app solid?

I have a $200 bonus offer for the silver cash back card on my app when I log in is this pretty solid or just marketing? Will they rob peter to pay paul and cut my other 50K Line? If they do, can this be reversed? idk.

its on the homepage when I log in and when I click on my credit card, it says ur special offer. but has variable apr and when you click on to apply it says reccommended, i asked and they said its pretty solid but the fact that BOFA is famous for reallocating automatically makes me not going to apply for this card. i dont even have the blue CLI Link for months, maybe up towards a year + so i think they would too.

The 'request a credit line increase' blue link is just triggered by an autobot as part of the nightly batch processing. Having it doesn't mean you'll get one if you request it, and conversely there have been multiple data points over the last few years that confirm that even if you don't have one you can still call in and successfully ask for one. If you want a CLI don't be afraid to call and ask as it would only generate a soft pull, almost certainly from Transunion.
