Product changed AR to Connect. Under account info it still shows Reserve Infinite, and under Rewards tab still shows 5X for mobile payments. Will this fix itself or should I call into Digital Banking >😅

This is completely normal for US Bank. Takes a few statement cycles before everything is displayed correctly online, but rest assured your card really has been changed. Note that if you manually gave your card a nickname, you'll need to change that yourself.

It took 52 days for my product change to reflect correctly on the US Bank website, but the actual product change took place immediately.

wow, thats a long time. ill let the 52 days do its thing lol. doesnt bother me that its displaying wrong if itll correct itself in time. Im trying to get rid of annual fee cards so its a win.

Yes, 52 days was a long time. Thankfully, I knew this was normal from other MyFICO forum members' previous data points. Give it about 2 statements and yours should look fine as well.
