Discover - After Ch7 - Prequal Link

I have been trying to prequal for a discover (included in ch7 for 2K) Has the account with no lates up until Ch7 for 6 years - has a 5K limit prior.

I kept getting denied on prequal - stating Status of Existing Discover Account

Ch7 was April 2019 Discharged, Filed Janurary 2019. Amex was approved March 1st 2024

Well i thought let me try a 5 years from the DISCHARGE date... which was begining of april Well now i have a PREAPPROVAL (hey its for the secured card, which i will not apply for....) I MAY Apply for the IT or NHL card in a few months now that I'm not blacklisted so to speak.
