A bit late for me personally.

I tried applying with Chase a few years ago, but denied because of BK7.

I never did find out for sure if they will even approve anyone with a bankruptcy on their reports.

They've had no pre-approval portal for who knows how long, until now.

So I've just been (not so) patiently waiting and waiting the last couple of years.

BK7 fell off a couple months ago though, and now I finally have my long time coveted Freedom Flex.

Hopefully the pre-approval portal can help those needing it now.

FYI whenever the chase pre-approval tool or Citi-prescreen offer is unavailable, you can still get pre-approved by Chase through their Amazon cards or pre-screened by Citi through their Home Depot Credit Cards. It could give you some idea to if they would normally pre-approve you.

No love for me. I did get a Chase IHG card in March but I am pretty sure I am still under 5/24 but oh well. No Chase cards that I want right now but I was curious. I've noticed CC offers haven't been showing on my Chase dashboard for a while now as well.

We can't find any offers for you right now

This could be because you've opted out of pre-screened offers or you've recently responded to another offer. Your credit has not been impacted.

No love for me either, although I'm currently at 5/24 until July and just opened a couple Chase cards in the last few months. I'm going to check again once I drop to 4/24 next month and see if that makes a difference.

Weird, I lifted my credit report freezes several hours ago but Chase is still giving me a "We can't help you 'cuz your credit report is frozen" line. Wonder how often they check?

I'm at a day and a half since I lifted the freeze on all 3 and am still getting that message.

One year ago, my pre-approved offers were there without unlocking the credit reports. How many days do they expect us to leave ourselves exposed to potential bad guys to be able to see the pre-approved offers?
