I am looking for a credit card that offers an extended warranty for purchases. It can't be AMEX. I am not interested in a credit union or small bank credit card.

I read Citi Rewards+ may have this reward but cannot confirm it.

Does anyone know where I can find out the extended warranty coverage on Capital One cards? Would any of their cards start an extended warranty after a manufacturer warranty or a purchased extended warranty expires?

The best card is Premier (2 years). Several cards provide only 1 year while several cards do not provide such perk.

pretty sure both the Quicksilver and the Savor One offer two year extended warranty and 90 day purchase protection as well, assuming you have a world elite MC, but you can double check here: https://www.capitalone.com/credit-cards/benefits-guide/

Do you have a link to their site. I can't seem to find a card named Premier or the name is too generic.
