My 0% balance transfer rate period has ended. For whatever is left can I transfer out and transfer back in right away to take advantage of another promotion they have ?

Yes, but the tricky part is doing that without incurring BT fees both leaving Disco and going back. I recently did this with my Citi Simplicity by using a CU LOC's funds to pay off Citi, then doing the new Citi BT.

Try giving them a call. Maybe Discover will Extend your current 0% for a bit longer.
