redeeming $15 reward on citi dividend card?

i have $15 worth of dividend dollars on my old citi dividend card and i don't think i'll ever spend anything on this card. Is there a way to cash out the $15 I have on there? thx

As far as I am aware, the minimum reward redemption for the old Dividend card is still $50. To cash out for less, you might need to request a product change to a different type of card with a lower redemption threshold (e.g. Double Cash).

Edit to say: Is there really never a usable 5% quarterly category for you? An additional $700 in spend in a 5% category would give you the extra rewards needed for a minimum redemption.

I don't think they can be merged as they are considered to be different rewards programs. The Dividend Card issues rewards as "Dividend Dollars". Custom Cash, Double Cash, and many other core Citi rewards cards earn "ThankYou Points".
