Total time on phone to complete the call was 4 minutes and 22 seconds according to my phone, not even 5 minutes let alone 20...Some of you guys are ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I explained what I had to do. Did not say one size fits all or that Everyone else has to do it. Do not feel like hassling the companies anymore. The first company I fought with for almost a year over the website thing and I did not get anywhere. Maybe you will have better luck ... because I sure did not and I do not want to fight it for months. For me, Firefox creates havoc virtually everytime they update. Truth, I moved on in browsers. Over the years I have read others who comment on their website software. Why, when they are good web sites out there can't companies get it right? Something I observed over the years was different browsers would do updates and the billion dollar companies had not made the adjustments and then the websites were a problem for one to two weeks. Drove me crazy. There has been much less of that for me but like I said, I just moved on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck in getting Citi Bank to fix your situation.
