Citibank strata bonus rules

I understand you have to wait 48 months from getting the bonus on the citi premier card to be eligible for this bonus. I can't rmemeber when I got this bonus on the premier card which I product changed years ago. I have been able to recreate via my records that i was approved for the card in late sept 2020 so if it was a 3 month spend period then I would have completed the spend at the latest by the end of December. I don't seem to have a record of when the SUB points posted though.

Does citibank typically pay the SUB out as soon as you cross the spend threshold? Do they make you wait for the statement cut in the cycle where you crossed the spend threshold? Do they want for you to make payment on the statement where you crossed the spend threshold? I have some records of payments I made on the account. Is there any easy way to determine the date I can apply for the strata and get the SUB? I've put in a request for my old statements on that premier card in hopes of tracing when the points posted. Just wondering if there is a simple way to determine the date its safe for me to apply.

Got my custom cash in 2022, they gave the bonus as soon as it crossed the threshold. If you want to be safe I would wait till the month following your last bonus payout

Don't know when the bonus payout was and I'm not sure how long the curren SUB will stick around, so it puts me in a bind. Hopefully those old statements that I have on order will tell me.
