Can I apply for a 2nd Citibank Double cash card?

Hi everyone, hope all is well

as the subject line states -I'm thinking of applying for a second Citibank double cash card.

Just wanted to know if anyone knows if that is possible and if I will still be able to take advantage of the SUB.

I would imagine not if you are currently a double cash holder, but there's nothing stopping you from opening a custom cash or a rewards + for the SUB and turning it into a second double cash... if that's what you wanted to do?

why do you want two double cashes?

Why a second Double Cash card? One is unlimited. And as far as subs go, there are plenty of other cards with Citi with just as lucrative SUBS. Most folks want multiples of the Custom Cash. Thus PC their existing Double Cash Card to a second, third ...... Custom Cash. 48 months to get another SUB on the same card. Just apply for any of their core cards - get the sub and chat to convert to a Custom Cash, as has already been said....trust me it works....

Already been addressed. But I am curious as to why you want a second DC? Curious to know if you know something we don't.
