      <description>&lt;P&gt;Congrats on getting back in AMEX good graces.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their reason on not increasing your POT limit is probably a white lie. My npsl green card POT limit is $35k. I never used it and even had it cancelled a couple times. They kept reactivating it at the same $35k level. I finally gave up and let it stay active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
