Chase United Club Card Minimum Credit Line

So I've been attempting to do some research on what the minimum credit line for the Chase United Club Card is. I've seen $5000, $10,000, $15,000 etc. I know its a Visa Infinite which requires at least a $10,000 like the Sapphire Reserve. However I've also seen $15,000 as the minimum credit line. Does anyone know if the United Club Card has a minimum credit line of $10,000, $15,000, or something else?

The US-version Visa Infinite $10K minimum starting limit is the typical benchmark but the multiple examples of USBank issuing Altitude Reserve cards with an SL of less than $10K (lowest I remember seeing reported was $5K) by itself demonstrated that the $10K minimum isn't actually a requirement.

UA Club Card does have a minimum starting limit of $15K, that was true even when it was being issued as a Visa Signature card. UA originally made the upgrade for existing cardholders from a Visa Signature to a Visa Infinite optional (with an increase in the AF) but later made it mandatory.

The new Chase 'United Club Card' has a minimum credit access line of $15,000 (flex spend).

Exact wording is: "...If approved for an account, your credit access line will be at least $15000."

I have had a United Club card for nearly 14 years and they have never given a CLI above the $9500 starting limit they granted in 2011. (I have also ever asked for a CLI). They did finally compel me to upgrade to the Infinity card. I never carried a balance,only paid in full and only use it for United ticket purchases. I have multiple chase cards such as the Ritz Carlton card with $35k CL, the IHG card with $30k and the Disney Card with $11k CL,the Freedom with 6K. Back in about 2019 when I carried balances on some cards, Chase closed my Hyatt card when I paid it off in full about 2019 after carrying a balance for six months. It was only a month after I had renewed the card and I thought I should at least receive a prorated refund of the annual fee if the account was closed at their initiative. They were adament they would provide no refund because I had used the card for one month into the new billing year. Oddly they never touched the credit line on the other accounts. I basically sock drawered all my chase accounts after that incident and make about a single charge annually on the accounts. The 82K in overall credit lines have never been touched (ie reduced) on my other Chase cards and never been increased. No lates ever with them. Never had a deposit account with Chase. I find it more useful to be Platinum Honors with BOA and Premier with Wells Fargo. In retrospect, I am surprised Chase extended so much credit to me with no banking relationship. In any case I have never paid late and always paid in full other than when I carried a six month balance of about $5000 on the Hyatt card which I paid in full before they reached out to close the account. Five years later Chase still shows the closed account in my profile whenever I log in.`

Any idea why they closed it? You mentioned the balance was $5000, but didn't mention it's CL. Do you remember what the CL was? It would be interesting to know what was the highest % utilization on your Hyatt card during the six months time you carried a balance?

$15K is the minimum CL for the United Club Card per the disclosure statements.
