topic PSA: Elon sends BT info via snail mail even with e-statements on in Credit Cards

Well I never did a balance transfer before and only had one account with a ~300 balance on it to transfer, so I thought what the heck, and tried it through my Elan Fidelity Rewards Visa account. They send notices via email for confirmation & steps from processing to done. But they also sent postal mail... suprised me!

I keep everything, or at least thought I did, through e-statements and email because my country road mailbox is the opposite of secure and frankly my mail carrier isn't reliable. Anything other than a normal envelope is 50/50 chance of me having to drive to town (22 miles) to pick it up from the local post office. I've thought about a post office box but that's 100% drive to town and even 50/50 is better than that.

Figured I'd put this out here for road warriors & others as a heads up. Maybe my own oversight but also is their SOP.
