Amex Blue Sky being converted to Cash Magnet?

I'm not sure how many people might still hold a grandfathered Amex Blue Sky card, but the Dr of Credit blog is reporting that Blue Sky is being converted to Cash Magnet.

We have two, that we don't use. So if they auto-converted to something good.... Cash Magnet doesn't meet that criterion!

Cash Magnet is better than Blue Sky, but I agree it would not be better than "old" Blue Cash. P2 loves OBC because just one card covers gas, grocery, and drugstores without having to worry about monthly or quarterly caps.
