Not something that I can use but everyone should check their offers anyway. It's 2% + 3% bonus and you can get up to $100 bonus cashback (~$3,333 in spend).

"This offer is non-transferable and is valid for the intended recipient only. Earn an extra 3% cashback (5% total) per dollar spent on health care expenses during the date range listed on the promotion tile under "My Offers" and in the offer you received via email. . Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services, minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do not include fees, interest charges, balance transfers, gambling, convenience checks, cash advances, or other cash-equivalents (e.g., money orders, gift cards, prepaid cards). To earn the extra cash back, you must select "Enroll Now" within My Offers before making health care purchases. Offer valid on purchases made following enrollment. The extra cash back is in addition to your regular rewards, up to an extra $100 in cash back. Merchants are assigned codes by payment networks based on what they primarily sell. We rely on this information to identify health care expenses. The only offer I got this year was 10% on back to school. No back to school expenses anymore kids are all grown and gone.

I should have mentioned this was a CashRewards not a Flagship. They targeted me for "spend $500 this month, get $50" a few times this year as well. Seems like they really like to push offers for the CashRewards. Unfortunately, I only managed to actually use that offer once as I don't spend a lot by myself and hubby refuses to get more cards or be AU on mine so the $1000 a month or so he spends on food and snacks when he's working just never gets to count for anything for my cards lol.

Well before getting the Flagship, I prequal'd and then started getting mailers for the CR. Still get the same mailers several times since opening the Flagship. No spend offers, but they seem to want me to apply, though I am fairly certain that would be a denial considering the <2 month old card.

My ortho said November and December are his busiest times of the year. A lot of people have met their deductibles and are trying to get everything done by the end of the year

just checked my 3 cards, no new offer - I did receive the "spend $2K from 11/1-12/31 and earn 10,000 points" on my Flagship though
