I used the Reflect card for a balance transfer in the past, and they gave me a $13k initial limit with credit scores lower than yours. Then auto bumped it to $16k after a short time.

I also got their active cash card. Haven't had an issue with them yet after a few years of not putting much spend on the active cash and no spend on the reflect, they haven't lowered my limit or anything. Maybe it's in my future, but I have no reason to hate on them for now.

It's a great balance transfer card. The only one with more time that I'm aware of is the US Bank Shield card with 24 months.

I don't really trust Wells Fargo too much, since all the controversies and lawsuits. Plus, I've read about them closing people's cards with no notice and for no reason.

I pay all my cards on time, and pay more than the minimum. I have, as of today according to Capital One, a 799 credit score. I'm hoping to get at least a $5,000 limit. I have 4 other cards, 3 with a zero balance and 1 with about $600 which will be paid off in January. I don't want to do a transfer.

I'm buying some new furniture and I'd really like the 21 months 0% interest, don't care about rewards much, just the free interest. They have one with rewards, but it's only 12 months 0% interest.

How have you done with a WF credit card?

I have had no issues with my WF auto loan, banking accounts and Propel and Autograph cards.

The Reflect is one of the longest 0% BT durations. If you are looking for alternative, take a look into the BofA BankAmericard.

Already have BOA card, and am paying it off currently. 0% ends in December, so last payment is in Jan.

I have Discover it, Cap One QS, Citi Diamond Preferred , and BOA UCR World. BOA is the only one with a balance. I try not to run a balance because of high interest rates, so I do most of my shopping on the rewards cards and pay them off every month, or pay them off before the 0% offer ends.

That doesn't make sense. I know that people and businesses make foolish decisions, but I'm inclined to think that a large bank like Wells Fargo is making data driven decisions. I've seen the "my account was closed for no reason" statement a few times on these forums and I'm inclined to think the reason is something the writer doesn't want to admit.

It's a mega bank - they're all 💩 and you are just another number to them.
Opened my first CC with them AC used it all up last year pushing the limit and PIF last month not paying a nickel in interest ( so happy, made a post).
they've been fine for me, no complaints. I prefer CUs because people have souls there but PENFED is a bit irritating (💩 App & I'm at the SL of my 2% card never got an increase)

Wells Fargo did give me a 20K SL great profile, and a 3 K auto CLI when I pushed the balance.

From what I've read, they tend to cancel cards for people who don't use them enough, and decrease the CL for people who charge up to the limit and only pay minimum payments (which you'd think they'd love). I surmised that some of these people had a lot of debt and were just making minimum payments on all of their cards. I used to do that, which is what got me in trouble when the recession hit in 2008 and I lost my job.

I have the active cash card. 2% cb, $200 sub on $500 spend. Initial cl $8600 (my highest), 25% cli to $10,000+ at 6 months. No complaints. Nothing like amex on cli (3X), but not bad. I've never put more than $1000 on it, always pif. I like their app.

They're picky about new accounts, seem to favor banking customers.

You don't need to trust Wells Fargo for the Reflect card to save you money. It's one of the best 0% APR credit cards on the market, per WalletHub, and you could avoid interest entirely on your furniture purchase. They're not going to revoke the 0% APR or anything like that as long as you pay on time.
