chase.com website problem...

When I log into www.chase.com both my accounts show up but none of the information is available. Can't see or do anything. Is anybody else having a problem?

I had the same problem this am. When I call the number on the back of my card my credit limit is still intact. They had reduced it from 9600 down to 3600 a few months back... I called in got reinstated. Then about two weeks ago form 9600 down to 4000. I called the number on the back of my card and got reinstated again.

I just encountered the same "Not Available" on website.

I checked my chase account this AM, around 7:30, it was fine.

That happens when they are doing site maintenance. Chase is my main bank, so I run into that occasionally.

I have two CC's with them and I've never seen it midday before before. They should do their maintenance at 0300 like they care about their customers. (Even if they have to fake caring! )
