Anyone else's Macy's Store Card showing as AmEx online?

I have the store card, but the artwork and name show Amex. I haven't received, let alone accepted, an upgrade offer, and was wondering if this is how you know your card will soon receive the offer. Or perhaps now they auto-upgrade without having to accept? No luck speaking with CS, clueless about it, and told me to visit a store. Thanks.

On desktop/laptop, mine is an Amex and card art reflects an Amex.

When you log in, does the last 4 #s on the card art match your store charge? If not, you may have been upgraded. Do you have Amex offers towards the middle page? If so, you have been upgraded.

In the past, upgrades have been offered and the cardholder has to accept. I have not heard any changes to that. When I received my offer to finally upgrade to Amex (9/2021), there were no warning signs other than others here began posting that they also received the upgrade offer. So, I logged in and it popped up with the offer that I gladly accepted.

Ironically, on mobile, my card art is the store charge but it clearly states "Macy's AMerican Express Card" at the top.

Probably doesn't answer your questions, but at minimum, it just may be a card art issue.

You were a great help, thanks. Someone reversed the art bc mine sadly is still store. I was hopeful that I finally got the upgrade but nope.
