Difficulty collecting my USB Smartly Card rewards

I am embarrassed to say that I have over $1100 in uncollected rewards. I know, I know, it should be in a high yield account. But the reason is, I don't know how to collect the darn cash!!! It sounds weird but it's true. I get as far as the screen you see and when I hover over the Cash Back option, my pointer cursor does change to a hand as if you could click on it but, when I do, nothing happens. I have not collected a single dollar since I got the card. I keep thinking "It'll work next time" and then I forget about it for a few months. All the other options (Statement credit, Gift cards, etc.) don't work either, except the Shop at Amazon one. That will open another internet tab taking me to amazon. But I want the cash!

I'm using my PC (I don't bank with phone apps with the only exception of depositing checks). The only thing I can maybe think of is that I use an AdBlock and Pop Up Blocker extension with Chrome. I can disable the AdBlock per site so I did that. Could the Pop Up Blocker be getting me? Any other ideas?

Ok, never mind. I used Edge instead of Chrome and it worked. ( I guess it was the pop-up blocker?) I grabbed all the cash back. They make you deposit it into a USB account. Which, ok, I guess is fine. But they ask for the routing and account number! Seriously? Really? I'm logged in as me, why do you not already have that information???? There was a box to check for remember this info for next time so hopefully it will save.

I shudda done this a long time ago.

I've cashed other USB cards into USB checking. They are always there the next day.

Com'mon I have had a problem similar using FireFox. Yeah, I get it. Note, many financials want you to keep your rewards in house so USB is not strange on this. Do note, I get my USB Rewards within one day max consistently. If you have the USB Reserve Infinite Visa you can use your points as you desire when making purchases virtually immediately. In fact, that option might be available on other USB Cards ... can not remember?

JP Morgan Chase is changing everyone to inhouse rewards to one of their accounts or statement credit effective to March 27th ... I don't like it but who cares as I always used the points outside of Chase? "ME".

As others have said;

Fast to deposit in your account and have full credit to re-transfer.

Will remember account info, so only needed to enter the first time.

Need to have 3 or 4 browsers loaded on your computer, no single one is king.

Edge has been working with USB.

I complained about the lack of say a dropdown of accounts before, still hard to believe!

On the plus side, I think the money appears much quicker than the period quoted, pretty common for credit card stuff.

With the caveat that you have to select the remember this box EVERY time. If you don't, next time the account info is gone! Because obviously when click a "remember this" on a browser you always mean just one time!

After you push the button to transfer the funds, and read the page that says 7-10 days.

Go back to the dashboard and refresh the checking or savings page, your money will show as deposited,

less than a minute from the transfer.

It sometimes takes an hour or so to be shown as available funds for a transfer.

Usually you can get and transfer out your money within an hour.

Just moved my Feb rewards, about 40 minutes between receiving and being avaliable for transfer.

A little off but I can do funds tranfers from USB to an external financial and they are received the same day. This is besides the Rewards which are fast.

Clearly an adblocker issue. I just did a statement credit request on a $0 balance account to work around the need for a checking account. In the future you might not want to stockpile the rewards like that. If US Bank had any issue with your account the rewards could be nullified.
