Sears, historically, is a hard card to get. It is backed by Citi Corp for both the store card and one of their Mastercards. They have a Sears Solution card backed by HSBC. Which card did you apply for and did you do it online or in the store? The decision in the store is instant. What are your scores?

Hard to say what are your scores and do you have any surprises on your reports. I would say if your reports are clean with low utilization then look for your card to be in the mail. I do hope you receive your card I have a Sears Commercial One business card it's a PIF card and I love it. I love my Craftsman tools

We've had is since 1989...so, it's 20 years old. I'm sure it started as a regular Sears card. It has the lowest credit line of any of our cards @ $3k. I was on the phone with them in August and asked about an increase. I don't even know why I asked. We don't use the card much. It has no meaningful rewards, and I'm a rewards junkie.

@Anonymous...no increase. Since August we've gotten a CLI on our AmEx to $6k, a new PenFed VISA @ $5k, and a new Discover at $13k+. I don't try to figure Sears out any longer.
