Who does USAA pull from in Cali?

Hi there

I am looking for a CC and want to increase my odds of getting one so I am looking for an issuer that pulls from TU but I do not know which CB USAA pulls from in CA?

Would someone know this?

Looks like a vast majority of USAA pulls in California are EQ pulls, with a few rare TU pulls scattered in there.
