Ok so I bought an Alienware laptop a while back using my Alienware Titanium Account. A couple years ago DELL bought Alienware and sometime in the last year they migrated all of the Alienware computers to DELL's site and you can no longer use the Alienware Titanium Account.

The wierd comes in where I received a credit alert like this...

it states that there is a $0 balance. I am pretty sure I still had to pay $300 + to acheive that. I have not received a bill yet either for this month which is not normal. Should I call?

I would call.

I think this may have something to do with CIT recently filing bankruptcy(?). In any event, the account will probably be serviced by another entity, IMO.

I'd call just to be on the safe side, you wouldn't want a late from a glitch on the other end of things.

I think I'd be on the lookout for another creditor appearing on an alert, with the balance you expect.

Just a guess.

I agree...I would call.

There are too many posters in these forums with late payments because of glitches. Find out where you need to be sending a payment.

I don't want to hijack the thread but I wanted to add that Dell Financial Accounts are now being handled by Webank

Chances are this is no different than if you refinance/streamline a mortgage and the loan gets resold.

Your account got sold to another financial institution and you'll see that account added soon.

Like a mortgage - you don't want to ignore this and assume "hey - no bill, no payment!". I'd call for clarification.
