    <description>yes, because some credit people don't understand what the error is they are getting and just decline vs ask you why they can't access your credit report. &amp;nbsp;But usually on recon you can get them to pull another report and move on</description>

      <description>I have an extended fraud alert on EQ, and it pretty much eliminates any chance of instant credit approval when checking out at a store (if the store CC pulls EQ, that is).</description>

      <description>I had a fraud alert on my Experian report at the time of apping w/ American Express.&amp;nbsp; I apped over the phone and they simply transferred me to another department, asked me some questions and I was approved.</description>
