I find a couple different organizations but what are all the Affinity cards offered? is there a site listing them all or do you have to know the company you are searching for? Anyone been approved lately, score?

I have the Guide Dogs Visa 10k and the best thing about these cards offered by UMB is it's hidden tradeline capabilities as they don't report on your credit history. If you default they will report. It must be an affinity card though any other card applied for off of their main website will report to the credit bureaus but these cards won't. Most of these cards can be found through Card Partners right here.

Well i will say they are not inquiry shy(had 14) and they pull TU , I have a few cards that report on tu and of them one was 1.6k of 3.5k . My bb store is 500 of 750 at the time of my app . AAOA was 14months and a Fico score was low 700's . they approved me for 2k the guide dog card.

OK maybe I am missing something here. Why does everyone here seem to think it is great that they dont report the tradeline unless you default on it? How does that help anything?

it doesnt help anything .. but if you run a balance on it .. it doesnt hurt anything either .

No hit in utilization if you do a BT at the max CL (utilization is never an issue).

Your AAOA is not hurt (average age does not drop).

New account does not drop your score.

You keep your total revolving accounts low.

I'll second that It never hurt anything running a balance, and defaulting is never cool....for the record.
