Has any one gotten a CLI from Orchard Bank lately? I called and they said they only do cust requested increases and they do a hard pull

Called last month for a CLI from OB and was denied. No hard pull though!

I actually called about 2 weeks ago and spoke o a CSR and got an instant $100 increase, no hard pull. I've received increases from them 3 times in the past year and a half, once every 6 months. I've never had a hard pull from Orchard. They've been good to me so far!

I've called earlier this week and they said they would need to pull but wouldn't tell if it would be hard, so I declined.
