Accordingly to the Credit Pulls database on CB, CITI pulls TU in NH.

My pre approval turned out to be a winner . My largest cli was 5k and then i got that mail and decided to give it a shot they gave me 12.5k last month .

Citi is very good about multiple accounts, and CLI's....
