Good morning everyone,

This is my first cap one no hassle cash reward card. When should I ask for my first cli? Im on the credit step program.

Congrats at getting on the Credit Steps program!

Go check the terms and conditions of the program. From what I remember reading about it in the past, it very clearly sets out when you're eligible for a CLI, either automatic or by request.

Credit Steps seems to be a good system. I'd hate to rock the boat by not following their schedule.

I'm in the same program, they will give you your first cli after your fourth statement

Thanks a bunch I believe I had read other posts where they had ask for a cli and was approval, and when they met their credit steps they got another cli....

see the csr told me friday nite, I will get a cli after the 5th statement..

It happens on the fifth for most people, but its not a for sure thing, they have been cutting limits and not giving increases even if you have credit steps, they also do not accept customer limit increases so its either auto, or no go..
