Which i think is dumb because&amp;nbsp;really&amp;nbsp;anyone could just enter 150,000 or whatever just to get a higher CL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
