Has anyone received an auto CLI with their cards? I received one over the past two years. Saks HSBC bumped me up from 2K to 3K. That probably happened because I bought an expensive coat when I was in the store. A week later, I ended up getting a 20% discount on the coat because it went on sale.

They apparently finally saw value in my ontime payments and balance that I keep on the card. I'm glad they finally did it, because now I don't have to book 1/2 of my vacations at a time, pay it off, and do it again!

CITI has been giving me auto CLIs of $1,400 every three months for quite some time. No hards, of course.
