Macy's Not Reporting

It doesn't look like Macy's has reported since January 2010. Is that normal for them? I thought they reported monthly. Anybody else notice this on their credit reports? Thanks for the help, just seems odd.

My Macy's due date and statment date are both on the 21st and they report every month. I got an alert update yesterday, March 28th. You might want to give them a call to find out what's going on because that's very unlike Macy's to not report for two months.

I e-mailed them and they just e-mailed me back and said it can take 60-90 days to update. Really did not answer my question as far as while it is not reporting.

I dispute an account when it goes 30-60 (usually on EQ) w/o updating. They turn around and report the current up to date detail.
