$60 annual fee reversed?

Hey All,

I got charged a $60 annual fee by my Citi card in April.

Has anyone had success getting theirs reversed?

The first rep said no and repeated the company line.

Should I try again?

What I only know is at the end of the 12 months period, if you spent at least $2400 total they will give you $60 credit to your acct.

Thanks bunnyrabbit, but I don't want to have to spend 2,400 a year just to get the fee credited back to me.

Now I just have to decide if the Virtual account Number feature is worth the fee.
