CARDS?

I have two cards which are now Chase/Slate.

They are old ~~WAMU and PROVIDIAN/WAMU.~~

~~I never dared call because for awhile they were decreasing or closing~~

~~the WAMU cards.~~

~~I assume (hoping) they have lightened up.~~

~~I have never gotten a CLI from CHASE.~~

~~ALSO: how do I get rid of this line going through~~

I have a Chase Amazon and Chase Disney. I called a few months ago to try to move some of the CL from the Disney to the Amazon since I use the Amazon more but it has a lower limit. They said they don't do that anymore and to try again later in the year. I just called again, they said it's not an option for these cards but they do allow it on others, like their saphire and continental cards.

I know that doesn't exactly answer your question, but hopefully it helps.

It has to be two cards issued under the same program, otherwise they will not combine. Example would be combining two Chase products, but not being able to combine a Slate and a Disney. Way back, about 6 years ago, there was no issues with doing that but within the last couple years they tightened up. I know many people who recently combined two Chase Freedom cards.

I remember when i worked for First USA, who then became Bank One, who then became Chase. Anyway, I remember the CSR reps having to answer the telephone for the Yahoo! customers literally yelling Yahoo! into the phone. It was priceless.

HA! A quick search revealed they still offer that card. LOL. Thats too funny, too bad Yahoo! is a junk company now.
