Costco Amex timeline

I applied for the costco amex true earnings card online today. I got a standard message that I will get the card in 14 days if its approved.

Can anyone tell me the approximate timelines as to when and how will i?

-be notified about the approval

-receive the actual card in mail if approved

When I applied, I started checking online for my status each day. For 7 days after I applied online, I could not find the status of my application online or when I called. When I called and spoke to a rep, she said she couldn't find my application in the system. So, on the 8th day, I went to a Costco and reapplied there because I thought my application didn't go through. Well, when I went to the Costco, the lady told me she couldn't process my application because I already applied yesterday. So I called in to check my application status using their automatic phone system and found out I was approved. So, after you applied, wait at least 7 days and then check on your application.

That's because the application sits at CostCo for a week or so before it's forwarded to Amex.

One more thing is I didnt see any verification questions when i applied online.

What score do you have to have for a costco amex card? Do they pull experian?

I applied inside Costco and I got instantly approved for 2K. They pulled EXP.
