Kohls Credit limit increase

Does anyone know if Kohls (issued by Chase) give automatic CLI or do I have to apply call and risk an inquiry? I don't want an inquiry on my report so I am hoping they give them automatically. I always use my card and pay in full in each month. I am now a MVC (Most Valued Customer) with them. I had a CC with Chase and they closed it and would not do a recon, (I think they closed it because a new collection account was added to my report which I disputed and it was removed). I then got the Kohl's card in February and now Chase keeps sending me preapproval for their credit cards.

What do you think my chances are of getting a CLI?

They did my CLI automatically, I think from 1400 to 2000. I can't remember how long I had the card before that happened. Probably a year. It was definitely after I had reached the MVC level of shopping with them.
