should my DD apply?

My DD just got an invitation in the mail today from cap one. she is a full time student, she already have: Discover 500 cl, bal $50 and citi forward $3500 CL, bal (1300) that includes her books, and rent everymonth. The key thing is she does not have a job..

I'm wondering should she apply for this card?

Is DD 21? If not, and she has no job, she cannot be granted a credit card under the 2010 credit card act.

no she is 20, wont be 21 til next may. I wondering why did they send her an invitation?
