Not Nationwide.

Aside from that, I like the card as well. Not fancy or attractive is the design (though mine is somewhat older), I got a nice limit and a 6 month auto CLI, but best of all, is the 7.24% APR.

With respect to Barclay's, I reconned from a $6300 to a $12500 limit with 1 phone call and no hassles. So yeah, Barclay's is OK with me too.

Unfortunately, I have not been so lucky with Nationwide and I can not deal with this institution anymore. I do not remember what my APR with them is, but it is meaningles as I PIF, therefore all my APR's are 0%.

They gave me measly CL, noCLI's (to be frank I used the card 1 time only), it takes from 5 to 10 days to post payment and they have nerve to charge late fee only because they posted payment 10 days later.

CS reps barely understand what they talk about, online banking is just terrible. So good luck with them.

A lot of lenders do not try to sell products (BoA, Amex, Penfed, Addison Avenue, Lake Michigan etc).

Barclay is subprime institution and if you do not have big expectations from them, they are OK.

I use my CU Bill Pay and it does not show an ACH option for Nationwide. So they cut and mail check. It usually takes 5 up to 7 days to payment to be posted, last time it took 10 days. To be frank, Nationwide credited back late fee today, though I did not demand it (payment indeed was posted late), just mentioned it.

I have Barckay backed card. It is superb card (Ameriprise). CL is 15k and APR still 4.5%, but I still consider Barclay as a subprime lender.
