I applied for a Navy Federal nRewards visa, and i'm wondering if there is a chance I may get it. My scores are currently TU: 656 EQ:619 and EX:708(i'm not sure how correct this experian score is). Does anyone know if there is a baseline credit score you must have to get appoved for a credit card with NFCU? Im trying to rebuild my credit but the credit cards that I have are low CL. Im trying to get a card with a high credit limit to help my rebuilding status.

I'd say your chances are good. They usually approve anyone with a score above 600 and give them a ridiculously high credit limit to boot.

After my application it says they can take up to 3 to 5 days to review your application, I just applied yesterday so I guess I should know by the end of next week. I did check to see which report they pulled, and they pulled EQ which just so happen to be my lowest, which is a 619.

So yesterday I was approved for the Navy federal card for 3500.00. Since I was approved for their visa, I figured I would try my luck with their mastercard, to see if I could get approved from a high dollar amount. I want to have at least 2 high dollar amount cards so I can close my 2 cards with low credit limits( capital one,300 cl and credit one, 400 cl). Has anyone ever been approved for more than one navy federal credit card within days of each other? Or is it likely they wil deny me because I was just approved for one of their cards a couple days prior?

Since I was approved for their visa, I figured I would try my luck with their mastercard, to see if I could get approved from a high dollar amount. I want to have at least 2 high dollar amount cards so I can close my 2 cards with low credit limits( capital one,300 cl and credit one, 400 cl). Has anyone ever been approved for more than one navy federal credit card within days of each other? Or is it likely they wil deny me because I was just approved for one of their cards a couple days prior?

You probably should have apped for NavChek instead. The reason being that NFCU is good with CLI every 6 months and there is a total max available credit per member (50k I think) and when you have two cards it gets split by the two making it impossible to have a really nice $50k limit card one day.
