As long as no baddies on report and your util and total debt are very low, you should be okay... but calling BofA for any reason these days seems to get your account reviewed by an underwriter rather it should remain.

Recent FIA Product change?

Has anyone recently requested to change a plain vanilla FIA credit card into a branded rewards card? I am particularly interested in trading an old (high limit) MBNA in for a Merrill Lynch rewards card. I am somewhat hesitant to contact BOA before I am reasonably sure that a product change is possible. I have not yet had any AA from any bank. I don't want to wake up anybody unnecessarily.

Would anybody with an FIA card like to call BOA and ask if a product change (to Merrill Lynch) is currently possible?
