The last time i applied was oct 13 , 2010 and was thinking of applying for the zync card tonight . Have a experian plus score of 695 . Is there a chance of getting declined because i am applying for it the second time in less than a month?

Yes, you would most likely be declined again. Normally, credit card companies keep a credit report on file for at least 30 days and if you apply again will use that same report.

Your score with EX doesn't hold any ground. AMEX uses their own system to determine your eligibility.

If you want to have an idea if you may qualify use AMEX pre-qualifier on AMEX site. I am not saying this gives you a guarantee of approval if offers you anything nor a guarantee of denial if it doesn't. Just an easier way to see if you are in the running to apply according to what they see. People on these boards have had success with and with-out pre-qualifiers from AMEX site.

Good Luck.
