14 years of credit history..

7 postives,

2 negative accounts: 1 285 dollar collection, 1 chargeoff back in 07

Which card am i more likely to get approved for?

Penfed is very conservative. I wouldn't apply with that score if I were you.

USAA is a bank, not a CU.

Citibank and US Bank are excellent choice for credit card issuers.
