Got my new Amex Green yesterday. So stoked. A lot shinier than I expected. It slept on the pillow beside me. Probably nothing to get mad excited about, but working from a Secured Cap1 6 months ago to a Amex today feels right nice.

I don't post a lot, but I stalk the forums (like that creepy dude down the road, except this is legal). Thanks for the guidance to those who guide!

Congratulations on the new card! I stalk the mailman every day looking for my Amex Costco True Earnings card... and I did the same exact thing waiting for my Zync last month. ! It sure does feel great to get into the Amex family and just like you thankful to these boards or else not sure if I would even of bothered to apply and get to be approved for these cards.

Congrads it is something to be proud of. I have been doing the same waiting on my Zync to arrive even though it says 7-10 day arrival i've been stalking mailman everyday. I can't wait either, it's great you received a AMEX no matter which one you got. Well gotta go and see if the mail has arrived, please be here today

It was exactly 7 working days between approval and arrival, unlike Cap1, which felt more like 7 working months between approval and arrival.

I was really hoping it would come with a free British accent and a Rolls-Royce, but that's ok.

Congrats to everyone, I can remember when I was estatic, surprised that I was even approved for a AMEX card when I recieved my card.

Going from a secured Cap1 to an Amex charge in 6 months is certainly something to be proud of. Feel free to hold your head up high.
