      <description>&lt;P&gt;May seem like a silly question, but what do you say when you call? It seems like every time I try I still get someone who sounds like a CSR or an overseas call center. And when I try to explain my credit situation they seem to give the same scripted answers, and they don't really sound like they are thinking about it. It's a quick response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I doing something wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
