bump for more definitive answers..

- - I think most do so after statement cuts, amex is slower though.

if you have a monitoring service, TC, privacymatters and pull daily, you will see a change in balances and than know which TL reported what date

I agree with Sonority. The only way to know for sure is to check your reports. The TC 3-in-1 reports show the full Date Reported on TU and EX, but not EQ (where it just shows month and year). Hard copy reports directly from CRAs also show the full date. All MyFico reports show only month and year.

I have had little success trying to get this information from CSRs. Mostly they either don't know what I'm talking about or they give me incorrect information.

Regarding Orchard, they report on the last business day of the month, and they report the balance as of that date, regardless of what the balance was on the last statement. (I got dinged for that the first time my Orchard card reported. Statement cut on the 16th showing 4% UTIL, which was the balance I was expecting to report. Imagine my surprise when they reported the 16% UTIL that I had on the last day of the month.)

It depends on the individual cc. My new BoA cc started reporting immediately, while it took my WaMu cc almost 2 months.

Of course the best thing to do, is to call them and ask.
